😎 About Me

Hi! I'm Marcus, a passionate programmer with a love for data analysis and machine learning. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence at DTU, working as a student assistant at GN, and doing consulting on the side

Other than programming, I find huge joy in playing and listening to music, hanging out with friends, and exercising (especially boundering).

STUDENT ASSISTANT (R&D Insights & Machine Learning) – GN

  • Developing in-house Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision making, utilizing knowledge in Fabric, SQL and PySpark for processing.
  • Building machine learning solutions for exploratory analysis and predictive modelling in Python, utilizing Azure as a cloud provider.
  • Assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks like data labeling, providing data and statistics for evaluating model performance, and doing penetration testing.



VOLUNTEER WORK (Mathematical Modelling Camps) – UNF

  • Educating young people about mathematical modelling with a focus on practical deep learning and programming.
  • Being a reliable person and a teacher, which involves being a team player among the teachers and organizers, while being pedagogical towards the students.

  • Building good relationships with customers, and making sure that requests are solved efficiently, and with proper communication.
  • Maintaining production website build in PHP, assisting with both frontend and backend logic.
  • Ensuring compatibility with third-party software such as Google Analytics and cookie banner implementations.



STUDENT ASSISTANT (CRM & Loyalty) – Dansk Industri (DI)

  • Handling in-house requests, which often involve database querying, data processing and visualization of member data. Usually done using Python, R, and Excel.
  • Adding insights to DI’s membership satisfaction analysis, using statistical testing, sentiment analysis, multivariate regression etc.
  • Maintaining Power BI reports; used by colleagues to visualize membership data.



STUDENT ASSISTANT (Production) – ChemoMetec
📅 Dec. 2021 – Dec. 2023 | 📍 Lillerød, Denmark

  • Analysing and refining production data, whilst providing meaningful insights for the machine operators, using self-made visualization- and report generating software.
  • Developed an LLM-pipeline for daily summarizations of production batches, which are sent through mail.
  • Parameter optimization of welding in production, using Bayesian optimization, by analysing product quality through images (Bachelor thesis).
